Our Jidoka system facilitates monitoring and recording of data by reading and collecting information from your equipment, and then comparing if against predefined ranges or conditions. This system generates visual or audible signals to alert users to any anomalies or potential issues.

ILS uses a wide range of devices to monitor or capure data, not only adding new devices also we can connect to your actual devices with generic data converters.

Output/Warning/Display

Our systems can send visual or audible signals to warn or advice a deviation on the process also can show all data in a dashboart to take actions.

Area Sensor

Setup a detection area to stop or warn when someone invades that space.

Light Tower

One way to let personel know if there is any deviation is a light tower that can be seen from 360 degrees.

E-Stop

If our visual or audible devices warns a deviation the process can be stopped manually using an e-stop.

Pick to Light

This device can be used to acknowledge or confirm a process step and receive light confirmation as a feedback.

Fiber Optic Sensor

Where is not possible to introduce a standard sensor we recommend a fiber optic sensor that can be installed in small area spaces.

Audible Alarms

In some industries, walls or tall machines can obstruct light towers and for that we have audible alarms on different decibels to warn of any deviation during the process.

Ultrasonic Sensor

Your industry needs to register or monitor tanks with liquids or any other kind of level to keep the process running, then an ultrasonic sensor is a solution.

HMI Touch Screens

During the process need to monitor some values or adjust some setup values? then an HMI is the best solution, we have different models that can adapt to your process environment.

Distance Sensor

If measuring thickness on your process is a critical parameter then we can monitor that parameter, register data, and send warning signals when the values are out of specifications.

RGY Light Signals

If any deviation in your process is critical then we can warn production lines with an RGB light signal and stop the line when reaching red light.

Vision Camera

Instead of having the human force to validate or take decisions on bad parts that can increase rejections during a long period doing the same process, a vision camera can be teach to detect those defects and reduce the false rejections.

Dashboard

Our dashboard can show real-time data to make decisions at the moment of the deviation process, and also can be seen as historical data for further analysis.
